Bagel Bites Ingredients
- 4 mini bagels halved
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese freshly grated
- Mini pepperoni for topping (about 12 pieces)
Instructions
- Prepare Bagels: Spread pizza sauce evenly on each halved mini bagel, sprinkle generously with freshly grated mozzarella cheese, and top each with mini pepperoni slices.
- Air Fry: Place the prepared bagel halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180C/350F for 4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Repeat if Needed: If cooking in batches, repeat the process until all bagel bites are cooked. Serve warm.
