Instructions
- Prepare Grapes: Place the red and green grapes into a strainer and wash thoroughly over the sink. Pat the grapes completely dry to prevent excess moisture in the salad.
- Make Creamy Mixture: In a large serving bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, brown sugar, and lemon juice until fully combined and smooth.
- Combine Grapes and Mixture: Carefully add the dried grapes into the cream cheese mixture and mix gently until all grapes are well coated with the creamy dressing.
- Add Walnuts: Fold in 1 cup of the chopped walnuts evenly throughout the salad to add a crunchy texture.
- Chill: Refrigerate the grape salad for at least 1 hour or up to overnight to allow flavors to meld and the salad to chill.
- Serve and Garnish: Before serving, top the salad with the remaining ¼ cup chopped walnuts and sprinkle with light brown sugar for extra sweetness and crunch. Serve cold for best taste.

- To store, keep leftover grape salad covered in the refrigerator for up to one week to prevent drying.
- Do not freeze this salad, as it will not thaw well and may separate or become watery.
