Scale
Main Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into even sized florets to ensure they cook evenly in the air fryer.
- Mix Seasonings: In a small bowl, whisk together smoked paprika, turmeric powder, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Coat the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, add the cauliflower florets and the seasoning mixture. Toss well to coat the cauliflower evenly. Then drizzle with olive oil and toss again until the spices are evenly distributed over the florets.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 5 minutes to ensure optimal crispness.
- Cook the Cauliflower: Place the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes or until the florets are golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- Serve: Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately while crispy and hot.
Notes
- For a spicy dipping sauce, combine ¼ cup sour cream, ¼ cup mayonnaise, and 2 tablespoons hot sauce for a creamy spicy mayo.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat leftovers in the air fryer or microwave until warmed through.
- If cooking from frozen, add an additional 4 to 5 minutes to the cooking time for best results.
