Instructions
- Prep the glasses: Sprinkle some Tajín seasoning onto a plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of 2 glasses and dip into the seasoning, rolling the glass on all sides until fully coated. Set the rimmed glasses aside while you prepare the margarita.
- Blend the margarita: In a high-powered blender, add the frozen mango chunks, blanco tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, and guava jelly (or your choice of sweetener). Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Adjust consistency and sweetness: Check the margarita consistency and taste. If the mixture is too thin, add ice to thicken. Add more sweetener as desired, then blend briefly to combine.
