Description

This Oreo Fudge recipe combines creamy white chocolate with crunchy Oreo cookies for an irresistibly sweet treat. Easy to prepare with just a few ingredients, this no-bake fudge sets in hours and is perfect for sharing or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz
  • 2 ¾ cups (468 g) white chocolate chips
  • 10 Oreos, chopped, plus a few additional broken Oreos for the top of the fudge
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line a square 8 or 9 inch baking dish with aluminum foil, making sure it extends up the sides for easy removal later. Set aside.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a microwave-safe glass bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips together using a spatula until combined.
  3. Microwave Mixture: Heat the mixture on full power for 1 minute. Stir well until all the white chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth. Avoid overheating to prevent scorching and crumbly texture.
  4. Add Flavors: Stir in the chopped Oreos, salt, and vanilla extract until evenly incorporated.
  5. Transfer and Set: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Press extra broken Oreos on top if desired. Let the fudge sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours or overnight to set properly.
  6. Serve and Store: Once set, cut the fudge into 25 square pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.

Notes

  • Be careful not to overheat the white chocolate mixture in the microwave to avoid burning and a crumbly fudge texture.
  • Use a spatula to thoroughly stir for smoothness and even melting of chocolate chips.
  • Line the pan with foil extending up the sides for easy removal and clean-up.
  • Letting the fudge set overnight yields the best texture.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature, not refrigerated, to keep it soft and creamy.
