- 4 packets ramen noodles, discard flavor packet
- 4 cups tomato sauce, divided
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-x-8 inch casserole dish with baking spray and place it on a baking tray for stability.
- Prepare Noodles: Break each square of ramen noodles in half through the middle to create manageable pieces for layering.
- First Layer: Place one layer of broken ramen noodles evenly on the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Spread 2 cups of tomato sauce over the noodles, then sprinkle 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Second Layer: Add a second layer of broken ramen noodles over the first layer of cheese. Spread the remaining 2 cups of tomato sauce on top, followed by the remaining 1 cup of parmesan and 1 cup of mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake: Bake the assembled lasagna in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until the sauce bubbles and the cheese melts and starts to lightly brown.
