Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Turkey Sliders featuring Hawaiian rolls layered with thin-sliced deli turkey and Swiss cheese, topped with a buttery, flavorful glaze infused with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and everything bagel seasoning. Perfect as an appetizer or a quick meal, these sliders bake to warm, melty perfection in just 45 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

Sliders

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • ¾ pound thin-sliced deli turkey
  • ¾ pound thin-sliced Swiss cheese

Butter Glaze

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch casserole dish with foil and lightly spray the bottom with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Slice Rolls: Without separating them, slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally in half. Place the bottom halves into the prepared casserole dish in an even layer.
  3. Layer Turkey and Cheese: Distribute the thinly sliced deli turkey evenly over the bottom rolls, then layer the Swiss cheese over the turkey.
  4. Add Top Rolls: Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese, completing the slider assembly.
  5. Prepare Butter Glaze: Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop. Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and everything bagel seasoning until well combined.
  6. Brush and Let Soak: Brush the butter glaze generously over the tops of the rolls. Let the sliders sit for 5 minutes to allow the rolls to absorb some of the butter mixture.
  7. Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the tops to brown and the cheese to melt thoroughly.
  8. Serve: Remove from the oven and serve the sliders warm for best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • For serving, count on 1-2 sliders per person as an appetizer or 3 sliders per person as a main meal.
  • Store leftover turkey sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • You can freeze assembled and baked sliders for up to 3 months; thaw and reheat before serving.
  • Use Swiss cheese or swap for provolone or cheddar for different flavor profiles.
  • The everything bagel seasoning can be substituted with garlic powder and poppy seeds if unavailable.
